DHL courier service for International returns
Product must be in perfect condition including package. In that case, contact us to start the return process through our courier service.
Your package inside should contain a).The returning product in the original package including labels and tags
b). The special return form enclosed in the first parcel received, filled with the required information. c). Attach your receipt or invoice.
To return your product please mind the following:
- The returning product(s) must be in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached
- The packaging must be firm, for prevention of any possible transportation damage
- Shipments via ACS courier service are free of charge for all domestic returns and via DHL courier service are charged with 10€/shipment for all international returns. For other courier services you are responsible of paying the full cost/charge of your return and DELIZE STYLE has no liability upon that.
- If your new purchased product(s) is out of stock, for size or colour, we will either refund the price you paid for your item through bank deposit or credit you the product value for a future order if you wish.
- In case that your new purchase is more expensive than the returned product then you have to pay the difference. In case it is of a lower cost then you will receive the corresponding credit note valid for a period of one year.
- Sale items are not eligible to cash refund .
- You’ll refund the product value, not the shipping costs.
- Returns by phone call are not allowed
NOTE: Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, any import duty, quotes, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements, for which DELIZE STYLE shall bear no liability.
Also be reminded that:
- The refund process usually takes 2-4 working days, from the day we receive the return. This is because all returns must get through quality control before arriving at the refund department. In case the product is found faulty, the customer will be contacted and the refund or change will not be possible.
